"I spoke to Billy Marshall and he would like to thank everyone for their continued support of James. He says it means more to them than they could possibly convey. The Women's Motocross and Supercross Foundation (WMXF) would also like to thank everyone who has donated funds to support James' recovery. At one point someone said that visitors and phone calls were discouraged, but James says that he would be more than happy to have visitors. I have had people ask how they could help even though they couldn't donate money. A great way you could help is to donate things such as games, books, magazines, calling cards, etc. to help pass the time. If you are not in the San Diego area, it would still be great for you to donate items to your local hospitals. I'm sure there are many people in the same boat as James that could benefit greatly from your support."
